  These folks gave me a one year warranty on a pair of top of the range hearing aids. I only found out when they developed a fault after 13 months. The standard in the industry is 4 years! When I wrote to ask for a goodwill refund of the repair, I received a truly horrible letter from head office, saying that I had damaged the hearing aid (I hadn’t!) and I hadn’t complained when I bought them. I explained that as the audiologist left the company in the middle of my purchase I had never been told the warranty period, but no dice. The audiologists at the store and the receptionist are great, helpful, professional people, but beware the company policies and check your terms against other sellers before deciding on your purchase.
