  I am writing this complaint with deep regret that after such a wonderful length of customer service from the Harvey's store staff in Birstall that the level of service has literally come crashing down in the most appalling way possible. After ordering a sofa valued to nearly 2.5K back in January, and finally having it delivered nearly 4 months later today, to which I must add that the service from the 2 delivery men was absolutely great, that I have been delivered the wrong sofa! Having never spent so much money in the past on any furniture, I was exceptionally pleased with the level of service and care from the sales staff at the Birstall branch, BUT how after 4 months the wrong sofa got delivered is completely beyond me and unacceptable in any circumstances. Even the delivery note had the correct sofa description on but somehow throughout this process, the level of customer service and attention to care is greatly lacking! Had it not been down to the fact that I had to wait 4 months for this error to occur maybe it would have been easier to digest!
