  Poor customer service, I bought a set of replica cooper s wheels from them but the hubcaps wont fit. A common problem I now find out, rang several times over a few weeks but was fobbed off each time saying the chap I needed to speak to was not available. When I eventually rang and he was there (2nd call that day) he didn't come to the phone as he "was busy" but told the receptionist that as I had them more than 10 days even though they had not been used they would not have them back or even issue me with a credit note. Will never deal with them again
