  The staff are really rude and don't care about the animals they sell, in one case I found that I was looking at the reptiles and found a tortoise on it's back so I told one of the assistants and he said he'd sort it out later instead of turning it around straight away. I found multiple dead fish in the aquatic area, lots of them looked as if they have been dead for a quite a long time. All the birds was distressed and showing abnormal behaviour patterns like jumping off and on perches multiple times nine stop. A lot of the birds are kept in very small cages like a pair of Indian ring necked parakeets in a cage just big enough for them to stand. There is also kittens on sale which I don't agree on,these are in very small areas as well. The shop doesn't seem to change because I have been in multiple times this year to see if the birds have been moved to a bigger cage but they are always In the same cages. There are signs every where saying don't take photos, this means to me that the shop/ staff knows they are not looking after the animals to a high standard.
