  I had a couple of Trojan baths fitted but noticed that one of them was quite a bit thinner than the other and was rather flimsy. I mentioned it to my plumber who agreed with me that it wasn't right. I contacted my supplier who forwarded be on to Trojan and was contacted on the same day and made an appointment to come and see me early the following week. The Trojan representative drove all the way down from Huddersfield and as soon as he saw the bath apologised and agreed it wasn't right. Much to my surprise he had also bought a replacement bath with him which was an even better quality than my original should have been. Not only did he replace the bath there and then, he also made a more than generous contribution to pay for my plumber to refit the new one. It's service like this that makes you forget about the initial problem and gives you the assurance to use Trojan Plastics again.
